Thank you for your interest in our program. To place your child on our waiting list, please complete this form and submit your payment of $30 per child.

Please be aware that this form places your child onto our admissions waitlist.  It does not guarantee admittance into our school.  We will move through our waitlist in the order that the waitlist application is received.  Priority is given to our siblings, children of alumni and members in good standing at the First Congregational Church of Palo Alto.
