The Youngers program sessions are designed around hands-on learning experiences, including indoor/outdoor free-play time, during which children may engage themselves in the art room, in the dramatic play area, with manipulatives, or in the sandbox. The day’s routine also includes small-group time for conversations and stories and music time. The Youngers class meets on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
A child must be 3 years old by September 1 to be admitted into the Youngers class. Parents work at school 6 times during the school year.
